đź’ś Give Hope. Give Safety. Give Justice.

We invite you to stand with Northeast Georgia Council on Domestic Violence (NEGACDV) as we work to ensure that survivors of domestic violence across Hart, Franklin, and Elbert Counties have access to the legal protection they need to rebuild their lives.

This season, our goal is to raise $25,000 to help victims of abuse overcome one of the greatest barriers to safety—the cost of pursuing legal protection. For many survivors, securing a protective order, divorce, custody, or child support can be the critical step that finally ends the violence. But legal fees, filing costs, and navigating the court system can feel overwhelming—especially when escaping abuse already strains every emotional and financial resource.

At NEGACDV, we believe that safety should never depend on someone’s ability to afford an attorney. Through legal advocacy, court accompaniment, help with filings, and partnerships with pro bono and low-cost attorneys, we guide survivors through each step of the legal journey. Your support ensures that no survivor has to choose between remaining in danger and securing the legal protection they deserve.

Your donation can:

  • Help cover the cost of attorneys who represent survivors during protective order hearings

  • Help a survivor access legal representation during divorce or custody proceedings

  • Provide court accompaniment so no one has to face their abuser alone

  • Support legal advocacy that empowers survivors to understand their rights, complete necessary filings, and navigate the court system with confidence

When you give to NEGACDV, you aren’t just funding legal services—you’re giving someone the power to protect their children, reclaim their freedom, and secure a safer future.

👉 Donate today and help us reach our $25,000 goal. Because when someone decides to seek protection, justice shouldn’t be out of reach.
