The Children's Nutcracker 2025

Founded in 1994 by Cathleen Cronin Dunlap, the Academy Performing Ensemble is a non-profit 501-C organization committed to furthering dance education through providing performance and training opportunities for our community. Members of the Academy Performing Ensemble are offered master classes, showcases, competitions, conventions, intensives, travel, and the ability to perform in our two annual studio productions, including the beloved Children's Nutcracker.

The arts have always had the unique ability to heal a hurting community, nation, and world. Our priority is to put on the highest quality production for our students and our community. But we need your help. If you are able, and with much gratitude, we ask that you please consider a financial contribution to secure our long-term viability and ensure that we can continue to serve the community through our performances.
