Celebrate a Decade of Impact with STEM Gems!

In 2026, STEM Gems will proudly celebrate 10 years of inspiring girls to see themselves in STEM. For a decade, we've opened doors, created pathways, and changed the narrative for girls and young women of all backgrounds, ensuring that they not only imagine themselves in STEM careers, but have the tools, role models, and opportunities to get there. Through our pipeline programs--the STEM Gems Club, STEM Gems Summer Camp, and STEM Gems Summit--we have impacted over 5,000 of girls and families, and counting! 

This milestone year is more than a celebration, it’s a call to recognize and uplift the sponsors, partners, and champions who have been part of this powerful legacy--including you! Over the years, you have made it possible for us to continue creating a more inclusive, equitable STEM pipeline for future generations, regardless of zip code.

At the heart of STEM Gems is our mission: to build a stronger, more inclusive STEM ecosystem where girls are empowered to explore, pursue, and thrive in STEM. We know the earlier girls see themselves in STEM through activities, careers, and the women who lead them, the more likely they are to persist. STEM Gems emphasizes careers in all of the disciplines: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Dr. Damon Williams, Associate Dean at the Georgia Tech College of Engineering says: 💬 “STEM Gems’ programs are not just about education; they are about equity, empowerment, and the promise of a brighter future. The investment we make today in these girls will pay dividends for generations to come as they grow into the leaders, problem-solvers, and change-makers our world needs. We have a goal of 100 donors for this campaign, and we appreciate a gift of any amount to help us reach our goal and support our efforts to empower the next generation of women in cybersecurity, electrical engineering, physics, computer science, chemical engineering, data science, actuarial science, public health, architecture, urban design, oceanography, architecture, and MANY more amazing STEM careers underrepresented by women.
