At A.G. Rhodes, a mission-driven nonprofit nursing home provider with three communities in metro Atlanta, your generous donation to our Horticultural Therapy Seeds for Seniors program will nurture growth and bring healing and happiness to our nursing home residents. 

At A.G. Rhodes, gardens are more than beautiful spaces; they’re places of transformation. For the elders we serve, especially those living with dementia or other age-related challenges, tending to plants and connecting with nature brings a renewed sense of purpose and peace.

Through Seeds for Seniors, residents work side-by-side with a registered Horticultural Therapist to plant seeds, water flowers, and harvest herbs and vegetables. These seemingly simple moments spark powerful outcomes, reducing stress, improving mobility, enhancing memory, and fostering social connections.
