Surviving with triplets

I'm a single mother of triplets residing in the Georgia area near Villa Rica. The area I'm in does not have any public transportation it's kind of the country area. My children's father passed away when I was pregnant and during the pregnancy I had multiple complications which kind of set me back. Initially I worked two jobs but becoming pregnant I had to stop both. I need to get back to work. I need to be able to get them to the doctor's appointments and things like that. I know it's no one's problem but mines but I'm not afraid to ask for help if I need it. Yes I do work but having three babies it's kind of hard to save anything after rent, lights, food, diapers and things. I don't even have to have money. If anyone has a used car that they no longer want. I'm more than willing to take that as well. I'm very humble and I appreciate anything.
