Care4All Children Services, Inc. is a Licensed 501c (3) Non-profit Foster Care and Adoption Child Placing Agency.

Care4All Children Services is licensed by the State of GA to provide Adoption and Foster Care Social Services to children in foster care. As a therapeutic foster care, the agency provides excellent services to children in care.

Care4All’s Mission: Dedicated to strengthening families, one home at a time, by providing quality foster homes for children.

In our 10 years of operation, Care4All has consistently scored in the 90th-100th percentile in quarterly surveys conducted by the Office of Provider Management, the department that monitor Child Placing Agencies. Since its inception, Care4All has provided temporary safe homes to over 1000 children. Our goal is to keep Children safely cared for within the county hence, our need for more foster parents, especially in the County of Gwinnett.

Foster Children need to be safe, feel safe, and have shelter now more than ever. The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the foster care system with unprecedented challenges. The need for foster parenting has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. Just as hospitals never close, the need for safe and loving foster homes remains a constant.

During the pandemic, safety and permanency for children remain a priority in social services. Children are entering foster care in record numbers. There are more than 440,000 foster children all over America. The State of Georgia Department of Family and Children Services, as of August 30, 2021, has approximately 11,921 children in foster care. Often, many of these children are placed in hotels with no clear indication of possible placement in a foster home due to difficulty sustaining foster homes due to the impact and aftermath of COVID-19. Since the onset of COVID in March 2020, child placement agencies have implemented CDC guidelines and safety protocols to minimize exposure. The increased need for social distancing affected recruitment efforts of new foster homes, retention, and utilization of existing licensed foster homes, as well as the availability of supportive services.

Choosing to Foster a child during a Global crisis will not only benefit children in need but also benefit the mental health of the caregivers. In the midst of a national crisis, it is possible to become anxious, stressed, depressed and experience feelings of hopelessness. Fostering a child can be therapeutic; it can serve as a way to turn that energy into HOPE.

It is no secret that when we help others, even in the smallest way, it makes us feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally. Imagine helping a child by providing temporary shelter during a time when there is so much uncertainty.

Once a home is licensed and children are placed, Care4All provides follow-up social services to ensure that the basic needs of the children and parents are met. To ensure the safety and well-being of children placed, Care4All provides intensive, ongoing support and training (above the required minimum standard) to foster parents, including but not limited to crisis management and emergency response. Our staff is on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Care4All will continue to ensure that the foster care system works effectively by recruiting and training families to become foster parents. If you find it in your heart to help, please do not turn a blind eye or a deaf ear to children that need to be loved, protected, affirmed, and provided a safe home. They need you! We need you!!
