Care4All Children Services is a Licensed 501c (3) Non-profit Foster Care / Adoption Agency.

Licensed by the State of GA, Care4All is “Dedicated to strengthening families, one home at a time, by providing quality foster homes for children ages birth to 21. 

Care4All is a Therapeutic Foster Care Agency that services Medically Fragile Children, Teenagers, Mother/Baby Placements, LGBTQ+ Children, Behavioral Challenges, Large Sibling groups, and children from various backgrounds.   

Empower 100 Families to Foster

On this Giving Tuesday, Care4All Children Services is launching a campaign to fund the initial licensing costs for 100 compassionate Georgia families who want to become foster parents. With your support, each family receives $436.51 to cover all mandated expenses—ensuring children in need can find safe, loving homes without financial barriers.

What Your Donation Provides

• Every donated $436.51 fully sponsors one family, covering:
• Health & Wellness: Mental Health First Aid Support
• GBI Criminal Background Checks
• Local Background Checks
• Drug Screening
• Human Trafficking Prevention Training
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• Physicals and TB testing for all household members

These steps are essential parts of Georgia’s foster parent licensing process, helping confirm that homes are safe and ready for placement.

Our Goal for 2025

We aim to raise $43,651 to support licensing for 100 families. With each contribution, you help remove economic barriers, increase the number of qualified foster homes, and give more children the stability they deserve. In its 13 years of service, Care4All has consistently scored in the 90th-100th percentile in quarterly surveys conducted by the Office of Provider Management. Since its inception in 2012, the agency has provided temporary safe homes to hundreds of children.

Foster Children need to feel safe, loved, and cared for.  Care4All is actively recruiting and training families to become foster parents.
