Karibu Community Legacy Inc

 

Founded in April 2019, Karibu Community Legacy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to providing culturally informed mental health and legal services for survivors of sexual and domestic violence in Metro Atlanta’s underserved communities, especially African immigrant and refugee families.

As we reflect on this year, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you, our supporters, friends, and partners. Your belief in our mission has allowed us to continue serving survivors with compassion, understanding, and culturally grounded care.

Like many nonprofits, Karibu has faced significant funding cuts, and public programs continue to fall short of meeting the needs of the most vulnerable. Yet every day, we remain steadfast in our work, ensuring that survivors have access to safety, healing, and dignified support.
