Friends Helping Friends
Hey folks,
I'm reaching out to my friends to help me support a cause that is dear to my heart. You know I love working with kids, and I have deep respect for my elders. I love books, reading, crafts, and gardening. The great thing is, I get to share my knowledge and skills at the library.
I volunteer more than 40 hours a month on average with this organization. We support literacy and equity of access to resources for all members of the community. Unfortunately, the county does not provide all the funding the library needs for all of its programs. That's where we come in.
I've made it my personal goal to raise $1,000 for the Friends of Palmetto Library by December 3, 2024, in time for Giving Tuesday and I could use your help.
