Help Tuxie Get the Surgery He Needs

Meet Tuxie, a sweet black tuxedo gentleman with a heart of gold. For most of his life, Tuxie has lived outdoors with the community cats we care for. Even after everything he has been through, he is still incredibly loving — the kind of kitty who leans into your hand for pets and purrs with pure gratitude.

Recently, we noticed Tuxie was looking very scraggly and unwell. Cats are naturally neat and proud of their beautiful coats, but Tuxie has been struggling. The reason is heartbreaking: he has painful dental issues that are making it hard for him to groom himself properly. He isn’t rough around the edges by choice — he’s hurting.

Right now, Tuxie is safe inside the cat house at the rescue, waiting for the surgery he desperately needs. Once he gets the dental care he needs, he’ll finally have a chance to feel comfortable, healthy, and pain-free again.

We are trying to raise $990 to cover Tuxie’s surgery and medical care.
