As costs for spay/neuter continue to rise again this year, many pet owners are finding themselves priced out of this all important surgery and do not have their pets altered. The result? Litter after litter born with no homes to go to. Shelters are over run, rescue groups are full, adoptions are down, strays are rampant. Our subsidized low cost certificate program helps pet owners afford spay/neuter while paying the clinics a higher reimbursement for their generosity in participating in our program.
