I’m incredibly honored to share that I have been named a MANRRS 40 Under 40 Honoree, recognizing members under 40 that have risen to become leaders across the industries within agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences. 

Since joining MANRRS in 2010, this organization has played an instrumental role in shaping my personal, academic, and professional journey. Over the past 15 years, so much of my success has been rooted in the mentorship, leadership development, community, and opportunities that MANRRS continues to provide.

The MANRRS 40 Under 40 honors these emerging changemakers who are leading with innovation, advancing equity, and creating opportunities that strengthen our industries and communities. We represent not only where we are, but where we're going, a future built on leadership, professionalism, and impact.

Being named a MANRRS 40 Under 40 honoree is more than recognition, it's a call to action. Each honoree has committed to contributing to the collective impact of MANRRS' Annual Giving Campaign, with a goal to raise or contribute $1,000 in support of MANRRS' mission.

This shared investment fuels scholarships, leadership training, mentorship, and workforce development programs that prepare the next generation of talent. Together, the 40 honorees aim to raise $40,000 — directly advancing opportunities for students, professionals, and communities nationwide.
