December 17th is a day we set aside to honor and remember Avery. Though Avery never had children of his own, he poured his love and care into his nieces, nephews, little cousins, and so many of his friends’ children. To his nieces and nephews, Avery wasn’t just an uncle — he was more like a big brother.

Avery had a special way with kids and a heart full of love. December 17th stands as a day of remembrance for a beautiful life taken far too soon. At just 35 years old, Avery had so much more life to live.
