The Tommy Nobis Center (TNC) is a nonprofit organization based in the Atlanta / Cobb County area whose mission is “Empowering People through Employment.” Since its founding in 1977, TNC has provided education, training and employment services to individuals with disabilities, helping them gain independence and workplace success. TNC addresses a significant gap. Many individuals with disabilities face barriers to employment, yet employment is a key path to autonomy, community integration, and quality of life. By teaming up with local businesses and tailoring training, TNC builds a bridge between talent and opportunity.
