Ashley is a single mother of three children living in Georgia, with no family support system, and is receiving no government assistance. She is a full-time Nursing School student, trying to build a better life for her and her children, but over the past few years, a multitude of obstacles threaten to block her path to a college degree. Ashely's work hours as a Medical Assistant continue to be cut due to COVID, making it difficult to make ends meet. Adding to her stress is the traumatic loss of her mother which has caused Ashley to suffer from anxiety. All of these hardships have led to a depletion of her savings, being constantly behind on bills, and has made it extremely difficult to provide the basic necessities, like food and shelter, that her children need.

She needs your help!

Your HOPE, Inc. donation will not only provide rent and childcare assistance to Ashley, but it will also pay for counseling services with Atlanta area Licensed Professional Counselors.

Ever since Ashley's son was born 16 weeks prematurely, it has been her dream to become a Labor and Delivery Nurse. Please help Ashley turn that dream into a reality by supporting her with a financial gift today!

About HOPE, Inc.

Our mission is to empower, encourage, and equip low-income single parents to obtain a college degree, develop essential life skills, and ultimately become self-sufficient. We do this by providing our single parent students with:

1. Financial assistance for housing and childcare

2. A facilitator to connect our students to community resources

3. Financial literacy and a game plan for financial independence

4. Counseling resources and success coaching.

Our objective is to have a positive impact on the single parent college dropout statistic rates, an increase in educational opportunity and academic success for parents involved in our program, economic sufficiency for our participants, and satisfaction of daily needs.

We believe that our program will improve the community by providing educational and financial opportunities for low-income families, which impacts poverty levels in our community and increases the quality of life for low-income families and children in
the community affected.
