Join Anneka on Her Quest to Empower Youth

Working for a non-profit organization that supports independence and implements innovative programs and services to meet the employment needs of people with disabilities is extremely near and dear to my heart. I grew up with a mother who is visually impaired- and she's the most vibrant person EVER. Because of her, I realize the importance of focusing on CAPabilities, not disabilities. She isn't one to let any physical disability stop her will to do anything. I've witnessed the same spirit from the participants of our program at The Academy here at the Tommy Nobis Center. It is refreshing and heart-warming to witness their will and determination to succeed. Join me in raising money to help these programs continue to thrive.
