Shy Senior Needs a Lifeline

Runt recently found herself at a rural shelter. She's a senior kitty whose owner was moving and decided they couldn't keep her. Shelters are scary places for cats, especially older kitties who have only ever known life in a home. Runt isn't doing well emotionally. She's withdrawn and overwhelmed. She also needs a dental. We can get her out of the shelter and into a foster home where she'll be able to decompress and also have her dental health tended to.
