Trellis is an amazing organization that helps adults with adults living with the long-term effects of paralysis, brain injury or stroke make social connections through horticulture therapy! 

Trellis's customized group therapeutic gardening programs can make the difference between a good day and a bad day.  Their programs are free to participants and require supports help cover the costs of seeds, potting soil, tools and other greenhouse growing supplies.

$125 Blossom Sponsor:  Cultivating Potential

Sponsors one participant for a full session. Your contribution helps an individual take their first steps toward blossoming into something greater.

$250 Garden Sponsor:  Fostering Growth

Sponsors two participants to attend one session. Together, we help build a thriving garden of possibilities for those we serve.
