I am a board member of Georgians for a Healthy Future because I care about everyone's right to healthcare, no matter the zip code. GHF is a respected organization at the GA capital and they work in a bipartisan method to improve healthcare services for us all. Would you consider giving back your Georgia tax rebate to support us?

Giving frame:

  • $25 answers a call from someone who needs guidance

  • $50 helps a family compare plans and find savings

  • $150 helps someone complete their enrollment and get covered

Reasons to Give:

  • During the 2023-2024 Medicaid unwinding, 500,000 Georgians moved from Medicaid to other forms of coverage or ended up uninsured.
  • Georgians saw their 2026 health insurance premiums rise by 114% on average after Congress allowed enhanced premium subsidies to expire.

  • Georgians for a Healthy Future has been a reliable source of support and help for Georgia families as they navigate these changes, and the changes to come.

  • During times of major change, GHF’s enrollment assisters are a trusted, real person to call—someone who will answer questions, explain options in plain language, and walk people through complicated systems step by step. When Georgia’s customer service doesn’t answer, we do.

  • When premiums rise and choices get harder, GHF helps people compare plans, find savings, and stay covered—so they don’t have to go without the health care and services they need.

  • We are one of only a few organizations in Georgia that helps people navigate both Medicaid and the Georgia Access marketplace—meeting people wherever they are and with the coverage they need.

  • Our work doesn’t stop at enrollment. After we help someone get covered, we listen. We learn from their experience. And we turn those real stories into advocacy that pushes for better, more affordable coverage and a Medicaid system that works for all Georgians.

  • Georgia Access dramatically cut state funding for health insurance navigator programs, so there are much less enrollment help available to Georgians around the state than there used to be.
