On behalf of Operation One STEM at a Time and the Budding STEMs Program, our Executive Director, Ambria Berksteiner, and our Board of Directors, thank you for your support this Giving Tuesday!

This year, we have a goal to raise $1,000 to continue inspiring and

 empowering girls and young women to explore, pursue, and excel in STEM fields. Your donation—of any amount—will help us provide:

• Hands-on STEM activities and mentorship through the Budding STEMs Program, encouraging middle school girls to dream big and see themselves in STEM careers.
• Workshops, camps, and resources through Operation One STEM at a Time, giving young women the tools to break barriers in underrepresented fields like engineering, cybersecurity, data science, architecture, urban planning, and more.                        

Every dollar brings us closer to expanding our reach, keeping our programs accessible, and building a stronger, more inclusive STEM pipeline.
