These photos are just the beginning of the work to do in Garden City. We are repairing and renovating homes that are in extreme poverty and need help. The homes that we will build will also help these residents in this community feel like they have not been forgotten. We can only do this with the help of those who understand and see the need. We pray that you can donate out of the goodness of your help to bless those who are unfortunate and sleep and live in these conditions. 


The Garden City Housing Team is a 501c3 nonprofit organization comprised of residents, employees, business owners, neighborhood groups and church affiliates have been assembled as the City’s “Community Housing Team” for Georgia Initiative for Community Housing (GICH) program. Our goal is to design and implement a housing program to improve both the quality of life of our citizens and the community’s economic conditions. 


Vision: “To position ourselves to promote economic development and safe housing options, while preserving our local historic and small town charm.” 

Mission: “To cultivate a plan and acquire the tools the residents and businesses need to revitalize, restore, and rejuvenate Garden City.”
