Tommy Nobis Center Academy

The Tommy Nobis Center Academy is an extension of the Tommy Nobis Center (TNC) designed for participants who have completed high school and want to build their vocational skills.

During the Education Phase, participants focus on developing the skills and confidence needed for the next step — Job Placement.

Job placement opportunities are matched to each participant’s unique abilities, interests, and qualifications. Throughout the process, participants work one-on-one with an Employment Specialist who provides personalized support with interview preparation, onsite interviews, job offers, and onboarding.

The Academy is a year-long program that helps participants gain real-world experience and prepare for long- term career success.
