Change Lives | Support SVdP Georgia

Unfortunately, this additional giving day is necessary  to raise funds and meet the needs of our neighbors facing hardship due to COVID-19.

St. Vincent de Paul Georgia is dear to my heart. It is the organization I have worked at for six years, and each year, I am humbled by the extent of the financial challenges people just like you and me are faced with each day. I am even more humbled by the generosity of donors and magnitude of volunteerism I see each day from hundreds of people who are called upon to make a difference in the lives of those facing difficulties.

Throughout my tenure with this organization, I have never made a plea for support from my friends and family. But, during this crisis, the most vulnerable among us stand to be disproportionally affected. And I know first-hand that SVdP is ramping up efforts to meet the growing need caused by the coronavirus impacts. My family and I have been beyond blessed to not suffer any financial impacts from the virus, so on this #GivingTuesdayNow we are matching our friends' and families' support up to $300. That means, your gift will make double the impact! But actually, SVdP Georgia also has a matching donor, so your gift will make TRIPLE the impact!

SVdP Georgia staff and volunteers are continuing to provide help and give hope to our neighbors in need during this crisis by providing family stabilizing services, especially food assistance, rent assistance and more. (Kaiden and I have even been at the food pantry helping to sort food and pack family food boxes!)
