Funding Updates
We are looking to fund some special book collections or add to the inventory available such as "Read Local" (authors from South and SE Atlanta area), authors of color from various genres, and other books recommended by staff and patrons. These books will be housed at the East Atlanta branch and can be checked out from any branch. Funds generated stay local at our East Atlanta branch.
The Friends of the East Atlanta Library is a group of community members supporting and improving the East Atlanta Library branch for its patrons and staff. We provide funding for programs, supplies needed for the patrons and staff to expand the services not within the Fulton County Library System budget.
