GA Gives 2023

This holiday season, PushPush Arts is celebrating a landmark achievement — the purchase of a new, dedicated space in downtown College Park, Georgia on the ground floor of 1805 Harvard Avenue. Adjacent to the space we master lease housing our black box theater and smaller studios, this new 5,000 sq ft space includes a performance Café, gallery space, an outdoor art walk, and six larger studios. Our artists and patrons will soon have access to a grand total of 23,000 sq ft of programmable space along with affordable housing options from our partners, including 16 live-work lofts for purchase above us through Ion College Park and a state-of-the-art apartment complex across the street at Diamond College Park - all within walking distance to each other and conveniently located next to the College Park MARTA station. Our dream of a thriving artistic hub is coming to life.

This defining chapter is historic for PushPush and our 26-year commitment to nurturing multidisciplinary artists through collaboration, inclusivity, and experimentation.

As one of Atlanta's premier incubators for artists, our new space will be scaling to meet the needs of our current and future artists, as well as serve the surrounding community who will soon live, work, and create in our new arts campus.

• Modular stage & screen for the performance cafe

• Sound & lighting system for the cafe

• Music studio soundproofing

• Gallery installation tools and materials

• Funding support for 10 artists creating four new boundary-pushing shows in 2024

• Infrastructure for an annual artists' market and quarterly literary brunch

• Expanded artist support through low-cost residencies, workshops, and forums
