“A New Beginning Starts Here”

For many of us, opportunity is something we expect. We expect that if we work hard, doors will open. We expect that we will have access to the tools, support, and guidance needed to move forward.

But for thousands of individuals and families across Metro Atlanta, the path has not been smooth. Systems fail them. Life hits unexpectedly. Resources are scarce. And hope can fade under the pressure of simply trying to survive.

This is where Connecting Communities and Families (CCF) steps in.

Since 2010, CCF has stood beside individuals and families experiencing hardship, transition, and uncertainty. Our mission is simple but powerful: empower people with the skills, training, and support they need to achieve stability, independence, and financial mobility.

We do this through accessible, no-cost programs such as:

• Workforce Readiness and Job Preparation• Professional Development and Life Skills Coaching• Financial Literacy Education in partnership with Regions Bank• Digital Skills Learning and Technology Support• Wrap-Around Services including referrals, transportation assistance, and basic needs support

Our work is especially impactful in communities like the English Avenue Promise Zone, where nearly 67 percent of residents live below the federal poverty level. In neighborhoods like this, opportunity doesn’t come easily. But when it becomes available, lives change
