YNPN Atlanta believes an effective and inclusive nonprofit sector in Metro Atlanta that engages young professionals is an integral part of the nonprofit community. By supporting those individuals in their growth and future leadership we are strengthening our community and our impact.     

YNPN Atlanta supports young nonprofit professionals by providing professional development, networking opportunities, and recognition to rising nonprofit leaders making a difference in their communities.

Through programs like the NextGen Breakfast, professional development workshops, our annual head-shot event (free to members!), and networking/social events, young nonprofit professionals benefit from the opportunity to connect with others in their community and sharpen their skills to make them more effective leaders, helping them to meet their own career goals while improving Atlanta through service to their communities. 

Young leaders currently making waves in their communities are recognized through programs like the 30 Under 30 Awards and the Ann Cramer Civic Leadership Award, designed to celebrate the impact these young nonprofit professionals have made in their communities and help them continue to expand their reach forward.
