Wayne County Protective Agency, Inc. d/b/a Fair Haven’s mission is to provide a quality 24-hour emergency shelter with comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence and their children, as well as educate the community on such efforts to stop the cycle of abuse. Reducing domestic violence will be furthered by preventive education, awareness events, and public speaking to schools, civic groups, and partner agencies to foster communities that turn toward the issues of domestic violence with knowledge, courage, and compassion. Fair Haven reduces the impact of domestic violence by promoting the rights of victimized women and their children. 

What your donations can be attributed to: 

$20 = Emergency ride to our shelter 

$35 = Cake and balloons for a birthday spent at our shelter

$50 = Pet care for one week at our Pet Palace 

$75 = Grocery store gift cards 

$100 = New bedding and linens for one room

$270 = Utility deposit after leaving our shelter
