Victory Leadership Group, Inc. is a501c3 nonprofit organization designed to provide tools and guide individuals as they approach the different stages of growth using leadership principles and life skills that is beneficial and essential to success in the job market. Victory Leadership Group, Inc. believes that the knowledge of how to succeed as a professional leader in today's job market should not just begin once you have a job, but are necessary skills sets needed as early as middle school.  

Vision: To equip and develop a business mindset of individuals and entrepreneurs with the necessary knowledge, tools and resources creating a sustainable pool of professionals that will affect industries of every type throughout the nations.

Mission: Provides opportunity for knowledge sharing and networking through workshops and seminars to encourage startup businesses or existing small business to pursue their God-given vision to expand and grow. As entrepreneurs – partners are provided opportunities to connect with local businesses through our safe platforms building partnerships. We care about the future of the individual as they pursue purpose; their success and we are dedicated to “Building People – Building Kingdoms”.

 Our goal is to be the leading organization in leadership—guiding, mentoring and coaching through practical biblical and leadership principles building community partnerships as we take on the assignment of taking back every industry for kingdom building.
