The 100 has been providing mentoring and education support services to Atlanta's underserved youth through our flagship program Project Success since 1987. Project Success has been highly regarded for guiding underserved girls and boys toward post-secondary education as first-generation college students which sets them on pathways to productive lives. We take a holistic approach with students that, in addition to academics, engages them in leadership development, economic empowerment, health and wellness, and civic engagement to maximize their chances of graduating from high school and attending a post-secondary institution.
