The Collective at Cumberland is a strategic network of faith and non-faith based partners that are committed to restoring communities through education, employment, and social skills development.

The Independent Work Program (IWP) is a consistent and reliable provider of developmental opportunities for under-resourced families residing in Cobb County, Georgia. What this model offers is a 6-week, paid internship to assist eligible participants get connected to the labor force by removing barriers to employability and replacing them with marketable skills and opportunities.
