Team Up Mentoring Inc

Team Up Mentoring is a case management and mentoring nonprofit serving young people affected by trauma. Children join the program between 3-8 years old and we journey with them until they turn 21-- providing critical wellness, education, empowerment and mentoring services along the way. 

We believe in holistic,  trauma-informed cared to help young people and their families to overcome obstacles related to trauma. From driving kids to counseling appointments, helping homeless families find housing and scholarshipping students to specialized private school  to hosting mentoring nights twice a week and just being there with a hug for a child, Team Up is committed to doing whatever it takes to help young people succeed.
