Start Now CF & P (Careers, Families & Preparing the NextGen for their Future Success) 

Our mission is to build and strengthen youth and families in communities through career planning for students, providing training, life coaching and other family support services, helping to equip the younger generations to become more successful.  We Strengthen our youth and families, one person at a time.

Our vision to accomplish this is through the (2) key focus programs: 

1. The Parent Community
2. Start Now Career Accelerator Program

The Start Now Career Accelerator Program focuses on career planning and providing career awareness to students in high school and college students.  

The Start NOW Career Accelerator Program is a career planning and development program designed to meet the career planning and training needs of students, and early career professionals through workshops, coaching and career planning tools. This programs is for high school students & graduates, college students, and anyone in early career stages. The program includes 1) Career Planning for high school students & graduates; 2) Graduating Senior & Upcoming Senior (11th Graders/Juniors) Career Planning Programs.  

The Parent Community is a program of Start Now CF & P, and our mission is to support and empower parents in the community through one-on-one trainings, coaching, workshops and helping to increase awareness of available resources they may need. We partner with organizations, agencies, and individuals in the community to support their parent and family engagement initiatives.  

Our focus areas of parent support include: 

• Building Stronger Bridges for Communication with their Child(ren)
• Building a Network with other parents for ongoing support & relationships
• Empowering parents in their personal development in being more productive on their jobs and in their careers.

 We believe this will help parents become more engaged, empowered, and inspired to be the best parents they can be.   Our parent empowerment model emphasizes: Communication, Awareness & Training/Coaching.
