Special Equestrians of Georgia, in the quiet company of horses, healing begins. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Milton, Georgia, offering equine-assisted therapy for those carrying the weight of depression, PTSD, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, or addiction.

Our evidence-based work creates a sacred space where individuals and families rediscover steadiness, breath, and hope. Horses sense what we hide. They listen without judgment. They meet us gently where words cannot.

From veterans seeking peace to a 9/11 survivor reclaiming calm, we have witnessed lives soften, open, and rise again—one heartbeat, one footstep at a time. Here, the bond between human and horse becomes the beginning of a new story.

A story of courage. A story of return. A story of healing and recovery.

This Giving Tuesday, please donate—your generosity fuels this miracle of recovery. Thank you.
