$10,000 Goal

We empower underserved communities through access to transformative arts experiences, multidisciplinary education, and cultural advocacy. By elevating traditionally overlooked voices, breaking down financial and social barriers, and championing environmental and social justice, we foster creativity, connection, and lasting impact.

Since its inception in 2004, South Fulton Arts (SFA) has diligently pursued its mission and vision, yielding a flourishing array of programs and organizations spanning film, theatre, dance, photography, and music. In late 2023, South Fulton Institute began doing business as South Fulton Arts to reflect this shift in focus, emphasizing long-term partnerships with artists and organizations in South Fulton County. Rather than presenting artistic and cultural programs envisioned by SFA, we focus on producing projects envisioned by artists, organizations, and the community.  SFA’s influence has grown; its programs have deftly harnessed the power of strategic partnerships, effectively amplifying access to exceptional, no-cost programming for both South Fulton and Metro Atlanta residents and communities. This evolution has been marked by a shift in focus, where its core mission revolves around cultivating enduring, symbiotic relationships with artists and organizations situated within the tapestry of South Fulton County.

Our approach revolves around nurturing and manifesting the creative visions of artists, organizations, and the community itself. SFA has evolved to be a pivotal hub that brings together resources, enhancing the cultural tapestry for a broader audience. This transformative journey has prompted the development of an expansive, community-centric model designed to amplify our impact. This strategic framework empowers artists and organizations with the tools and support needed to better serve the distinctive needs of South Fulton.

SFA’s approach recognizes the profound significance of exposing individuals to the limitless possibilities provided by creativity while fostering a spirit of exploration. This dynamic model creates increased accessibility to high-quality arts programming, underpinned by strategic alliances with local artists and organizations. This collaboration forms the backbone of SFA’s mission to catalyze positive change, deepen community engagement, and imbue the region with a vibrant, sustainable legacy of artistic expression and stewardship.
