We have three big strategic outcomes for communities. 1 - We help kids succeed. 2 - We help improve people's health. 3 - We help parents succeed.

Too many children in communities of color are not making it out of high school and facing disadvantages for success. For example, Clayton County GA has a high school graduation rate of 73% compared to the US average of 88%. Community leaders must help teenagers prepare for the future. 

That's where we come in. The Sherrod Foundation Inc is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity. Our mission is "Improving communities by helping children and saving lives by providing knowledge and self-help actions". 

We have six programs that enable our mission.

Our program called 'Helping Kids Grow' has 4 workshops comprised of 16 learning modules that inspire teens and young adults to "Dare to Succeed. We partner with schools in distressed communities to strengthen learning and student/parent engagement in their school. That's where you come in. As a public charity, we must raise money from the public to fund our mission. We invite you to join us and save our children by making a donation. We are a 100% non-paid charity. None of our officers, staff or volunteers are paid so your donations go to implementing our programs.

The old saying "it takes a village to raise a child" is still true today and we need your help to save our children.
