Second Wind Dreams® is an internationally-known nonprofit organization changing the perception of aging through the fulfillment of dreams and the offering of the patented Virtual Dementia Tour® to help caregivers understand the physical and cognitive challenges facing those with dementia. Founded in 1997, the Atlanta-based organization is recognized as the first in the nation to focus on enhancing the quality of life for elders through the fulfillment of dreams.  

At Second Wind Dreams, our dreams program is a large part of our mission. We are dedicated to bringing joy to elders' lives through the fulfillment of their dreams. These dreams range from the simple to the sublime such as starting a garden to attending a baseball game to going skydiving. We partner with elder care communities, home health, hospice, volunteers, donors, and local businesses to make dreams come true.
