For almost 40 years, Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity has built more than houses — we’ve built hope. Since 1986, we’ve partnered with nearly 500 families to make the dream of safe, affordable homeownership a reality. From constructing new homes to completing critical repairs, our mission has remained rooted in strengthening communities and ensuring that every family has a place to call home.

As we approach our 40th Anniversary, themed “Where Hope Has an Address,” we’re proud to reflect on our growth and renewed commitment to the families we serve. What began in Clayton County has expanded to reach Henry, Fayette, Butts, and Newton Counties, allowing us to help even more families achieve stability through affordable housing.

We could not have come this far without the generosity of donors, volunteers, and community partners like you. Your continued support has laid the foundation, literally, for hundreds of families to find safety and stability. Because of your giving spirit, hope continues to live here.

The need, however, remains great. Across Georgia, 1 in 7 households spend more than half their income on housing costs, forcing families to make difficult choices between rent, food, and healthcare. This Giving Tuesday, your donation can make an immediate impact:

• $25 helps purchase a box of nails to frame a family’s future.

• $50 supplies the paint that turns a house into a home.

• $75 provides tools needed to complete a critical home repair.

• $100 supports materials that make a home energy-efficient and affordable for years to come.
