Ray of Hope Foster Care Inc

Ray of Hope Foster Care was founded on February 5, 2009 by Dr.  Pamela Todd and Dr.  Curtis Todd. This organization’s philosophy is to bridge the gap between children and families experiencing a crisis with the ultimate goal of family preservation. Ray of Hope is a non-profit family centered organization and clients served will receive services designed to reunify families and strengthen communities.

 Mission:   

Strengthening children and their families by partnering with foster parents and the community to promote stability strengthen connections and encourage lifelong bonds.

Vision:  

Ray of Hope’s vision is to provide children and families with a combination of family-centered and strength based services by partnering with the community, in hope that each child will live to their fullest potential and disembark to a safe, permanent, and nurturing environment.
