Threshold Community Program

Threshold Community Program's mission is to support the developmental and educational growth of adolescents and adults who are on the autism spectrum or who face other related issues, in a program that emphasizes social-emotional development as an essential foundation for communication, logical thinking, and perspective-taking. Threshold Community Program strives to improve the quality of life for its participants and their families by tapping into each person’s potential to develop relationships, communicate, and problem-solve. The program provides educational services, mental health counseling, transition support, an independence curriculum, family services and support, and much more.
