Partners for HOME

A nonprofit organization

Partners for HOME coordinates the Atlanta Continuum of Care, a coalition of more than 170 organizations working together to end homelessness. Partners for HOME leverages a housing-first model, ensuring people have the stability of food and shelter and access to support services like healthcare, employment support or recovery needs.

Since 2016, PFH has helped rehouse more than 15,000 households, with 96% maintaining stability. Atlanta’s total homeless population has dropped by 30% over the past decade, proof that these strategies work.

Today, more than 2,900 Atlantans are homeless. That's why Partners for HOME launched Atlanta Rising, a bold, new $212 million, multi-phase campaign to end unsheltered homelessness in Atlanta through:

  • Expanded access to physical, mental, and addiction care through partnerships with top medical institutions.
  • A reimagined approach to serving unsheltered individuals in Downtown Atlanta, centering dignity while improving shared public spaces.
  • Deeper, more sustained care to help individuals recover and reengage with stability and purpose.
  • Early interventions to stop homelessness before it starts, especially for families on the brink.

$157M of the $212M needed to end homelessness in Atlanta has been raised to date. Your help closing the funding gap will allow Partners for HOME to:

  • House 400 Atlantans living unsheltered downtown by the end of 2025
  • Deliver 500 rapid housing units by the end of 2025
  • Prevent 1,600 new families from entering homelessness over the next two years
  • House and support 1,800 homeless households across the city by the end of 2026
