Operation Lunchbox

Operation Lunchbox was established in 2015 by a group of individuals who had a passion to help students in need, making sure they have food on a consistent basis. Operation Lunchbox is a 501 c3 non-profit organization that began feeding students in January 2015 in the public school systems. Our mission is to impact the lives of youth by providing nourishment to families in need. 

Operation Lunchbox provides primarily non-perishable food items to students in local school systems each week. We work within the school systems, to provide bags with simple food items to take home for “weekend groceries”. Most of the food items we send home are foods that are easily prepared. 

As parents and guardians, we do everything we can to make sure our child’s needs are met, but could you imagine, if you were doing all that you could and yet it still was not enough to feed your child? Could you imagine what it would be like if your child had to go to bed hungry and there was nothing you could do? Well, that is where we come in! The parents who benefit from the services Operation Lunchbox provides, do not have to worry. This is all possible with the donations that you help provide.
