New Ventures

New Ventures provides hands-on training in janitorial, production/manufacturing, and lawncare for individuals with barriers to employment. Barriers could include homelessness, lack of education, criminal history, disabilities, lack of work experience, etc. Participation in this program lasts approximately 400 hours (3 months) and is compensated on a weekly basis. After graduating from this training program, we assist these individuals in finding permanent, gainful employment in the Troup County Community.
