hemiah Project Community Development Corporation (NPCDC) was established in 2002 as a community outreach to South Fulton County, Clayton County and the City of Atlanta, Georgia. Our mission is to improve the quality of life through assisting and empowering individuals in the areas of housing, economic development, health and education.
