Murray County Next Step Inc

It is our mission to serve Murray County, GA, families in times of financial crisis.  We know that anyone could find themselves in need of help at any time, so it is our goal to be their helping hand. Families are eligible for $300 in assistance.  Our goal of $600 will help 2 families in our community.  Our organizational goals are to:

1. Provide financial assistance with a utility or rent payment

2. Facilitate families in their next step towards physical, social, emotional, and/or spiritual growth

3. Provide financial education for long term solutions

Murray County Next Step is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) agency funded primarily through monthly financial commitments of churches (including groups like Sunday school classes), businesses, civic clubs and individuals within the community who partner with Next Step.  Additional funds are periodically sought through available grants that are compatible with the vision and purpose of Next Step.
