At More Than Rubies of Georgia, Inc., we believe that every young person has the potential to succeed and positively impact the world. We are committed to providing the resources, support, and opportunities that young people need to thrive and to have the ability to reach their full potential. Through our programs and services, we aim to inspire, empower, and motivate our clients to make the cognitive decision to choose better for their future, no matter what that looks like. We want to help them develop their talents, progress their skills, and become the best version of themselves. Through these core beliefs, we hold fast to the belief that anyone can make a difference in their community. Whether that difference is good or bad is up to them, but we are here to be a positive influence and guiding hand along the way.

Our organization is dedicated to serving the youth of our community by providing a wide range of programs and services that address their unique needs and challenges, from academic support, mentoring, self-advocacy, the development of career skills, career exploration to simply providing for children on their birthdays and at Easter. We offer a comprehensive array of services that are designed to help young people recognize their potential and help them along the way to achieve their goals, teaching them how to utilize the tools that are given to them and maximizing the resources that are available to them. We believe that by investing in our young people, we are investing in the future of Northeast Georgia. 

One of the key goals of More Than Rubies of Georgia, Inc. is to help youth develop the skills and knowledge they need to make informed choices that will positively impact their lives and the lives of those around them. By providing young people with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and make wise decisions, we can help them build a brighter future for themselves and their families. Through our programs and services, we strive to instill in young people a sense of responsibility, self-respect, and purpose that will guide them as they navigate the complexities of adolescence and young adulthood.

In addition to providing direct services to the local youth and their families, More Than Rubies of Georgia, Inc. is committed to building healthy partnerships with other organizations, businesses, and community leaders to create a village of support for our young people. By working together with others who share our commitment to youth development with faith-based support, we can amplify our impact and create lasting change in our community. By collaborating with schools, churches, like-minded businesses, and other community organizations, we can leverage our resources and expertise to provide those we serve with the comprehensive support they need to succeed and have a lasting impact on their future.

As a Christian organization, we are guided by a set of core beliefs that influence everything we do. These beliefs are (but not limited to)  love thy neighbor as thyself, do unto others as you would have them do unto you, lead with respect, love, and compassion, promote self-advocacy, and do everything for the glory of Christ. We believe in treating all young people with love and respect and in fostering an environment of trust, mutual support, and compassion for those around us. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of ethical conduct and strive for transparency and accountability in everything we do. We are dedicated to excelling in everything we do and continuously striving to serve better the clients who are placed in our path by Christ himself. This is a calling that we do not take lightly.

To put it simply, More Than Rubies of Georgia, Inc. is dedicated to bringing awareness to choices that help change lives and help our community grow during times of trouble. Through our youth services, we aim to challenge and advance our growing community and the families that live in it.
