Meow or Never is a tiny but mighty volunteer run organization with a focus on TNR (trap-neuter-return).

Did you know 80% of cats and kittens are born outside?

TNR is how we work tirelessly to combat overpopulation by trapping, sterilizing, vaccinating, and returning the cats to their communities. We TNR everywhere from shopping centers to apartment complexes to industrial parks to mobile home communities to schools to gas stations to neighborhoods and everywhere in between. We also provide any additional vetting that is needed for community kitties. 

Additionally, we provide trap trainings, trap rentals, trapping guidance, and financial sponsorship for community members wanting to learn!

Inevitably, though, TNR also means coming across a spectrum of kitties that aren’t meant to be outside: kittens, dumped pets, cats needing medical care, and friendlies who are not thriving. We place these kitties in foster homes, vet them thoroughly, and then find them their forever home.
