M E N S Wear Inc

Established in 2004 as a 501(c)3, M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc. (Making Employment the Next Step) provides workforce development and soft skills training to youth and young adult males (including custodial and non-custodial teen fathers). We also provide soft skills, personal & social development training, and resources to men pursuing self-sufficiency. To date, M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc.’s training and wardrobe services have empowered over 1500+ males in the metro Atlanta.

Our vision is to increase the number of engaged responsible fathers in the lives of children. We seek to positively impact males to become:

• Major contributors to the U.S. economy

Our Programs

Our unique online and cloud-based training courses allows program participants to engage in secured training from any computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device.  This platform gives our organization the capability to address competencies for males and fathers to obtaining and retaining employment while promoting job growth and improve father involvement.  Our training programs can also be used in a correctional facility where web-based learning is accessible.

Meet the Founder

Ms. O’Neal is the founder and President of M.E.N.S. Wear, Inc. A native of Detroit, MI, she is motivated, personable, and an established workforce professional with 10+ years’ experience in career counseling, business services, and employability skills development.  Ms. O'Neal is successful in building positive relationships and implementing workforce-related activities with diverse populations. She is highly knowledgeable in workforce trends and bridging skill gaps by assessing needs in high demand industries.  Ms. O'Neal is a published author in the resource book "Engaging and Working with African-American Fathers: Strategies and Lessons Learned" .  She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
