Who is Malerie and her parents?

 Malerie Moulder is a 23-year-old brain tumor survivor...Diagnosed at 8 months old, significant medical complications post-surgery, living in the hospital for about 6 weeks, 3 hours of therapy 5 days a week, tube fed for 2 years, not walking independently until 6 years old, and to date going under general anesthesia over 35 times for procedures and operations-we must find a CURE! Not only did this open our world to childhood cancer, we also joined the world of having a special needs child.In 2017, Marla, Malerie's mom, decided it was time to make an impact and be involved in finding the cause and cure for childhood cancer. Malerie's Hope was established in 2018. Our goal is to raise $1,000,000 before September 24, 2027, to find the cause and cure for childhood cancer. Along the way, it is also our mission to help families who have a child that has been diagnosed with cancer, and to make a difference in the life of someone who has made the difference in the life of a special needs person. We will continue to fight until there is a CURE.The Moulder's are full of life all about family, friends and helping others.  They have never met a stranger and have instilled that in their children. From volunteering to running their charity to attending functions to help other friends and family. This family is one of a kind.
