MACoM (Metro Atlanta Community Mikvah)

The Metro Atlanta Community Mikvah (MACoM) is open to everyone of the Jewish faith and is the only mikvah of its kind in Georgia.  MACoM's mission is to provide a safe, sensitive, welcoming, halachic and aesthetically beautiful environment for Jewish ritual immersion and conversion, allowing for ongoing fulfillment of spirituality, Torah awareness, healing and wellness.

MACoM has been present for over 1600 immersions and continues to grow.  For every guest and every single immersion, MACoM does not require payment.  While it is customary to give tzedakah (a charitable gift) when using a mikvah,  everyone is welcome to immerse at MACoM, regardless of their ability to give.  This blessing to our community is because of the generous support of our donors.

MACoM has a small operating budget and minimal overhead expenses.  If we were to cover our small operating expenses solely with immersions, we would have to ask each guest to donate $500 per immersion to MACoM. But thanks to our supporters over the past 6 years, we have been able to continue to offer this ritual to our community.
